Interdisciplinary Writers Lab Submissions Are Now Open (until 3/17)

Interdisciplinary Writers Lab (IWL) is back this summer. KSW’s three month multi-genre master class will take a cohort of 15 BIPOC writers through a unique educational experience in poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction. This year’s instructors are Jenny Odell (Creative Non-Fiction), mimi tempestt (poetry), and K-Ming Chang (fiction)

We are now accepting submissions to be accepted into this program. Deadline is 3/17/24.

  • Classes will be held weekly on Saturdays from 10am-12:30pm, online

  • June 1-22, 2024: mimi tempestt (Poetry) | June 29 - July 20: K-Ming Chang (Fiction) | July 27 - August 17: Jenny Odell (Creative Non-Fiction)

  • Tuition is $600 for the entire program

  • Limited scholarships are available (2 full, 2 partial)
