On Solidarity with Palestine

We at Kearny Street Workshop look to art as a means to construct a more just world: free from racism, settler colonialism, and the subjugation of any people by another. This aspirational freedom is at the root of our mission. Our communities’ varied histories hold similar stories to those we are witnessing unfold before us. We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people as they continue to struggle for the right to land, life, dignity, and freedom in the face of a campaign of genocide. We oppose violence towards marginalized people and that includes a firm stance against anti-semitism and Islamophobia. The only path to true peace is first through liberation for all oppressed people. This must include a free Palestine.
