Around the Community: MU–Connector/When the land stands alone with Storytellers’ Mero Geet Mero Yatra at YBCA

Don’t miss the latest work from Korean shamanistic performance artist Dohee Lee: a multi-part ritual theater experience titled MU–Connector/When the land stands alone. 

Connect with ancestral traditions in new ways through dance, singing, drumming, and storytelling. Featuring electronic soundscapes, an altar installation, and community participation, Dohee Lee welcomes the audience into a communal creative ritual experience.

The evening also highlights Mero Geet Mero Yatra (My Song My Journey), a performance from Asian Refugees United’s Storytellers Group.
