Designed for artists and creators developing a feminist, anti-racist spiritual practice which informs their art, or for those interested in more deeply aligning their lives and creative practice with their intuition.
The course is non-denominational and draws concepts from Vedanta, Yoga, the Dao, Buddhism, hermeticism, energetic NLP, psychic traditions, mythologies and folklore, while respecting the boundaries of closed spiritual practices and holding traditions to modern standards of ethics and care.

Access & accommodation:
The course will be held at 1246 Folsom Street in the Arc Gallery and is not fragrance free. There will be artists occasionally walking through the space to get to their studios. The gallery is wheelchair accessible through a door (no step) to the left of the main orange door (1 step), past Cafe Suspiro’s entrance, and Mihee can assist with entry. The bathroom is large (approx 6X6 ft * please note we need to measure and confirm this and the width of the door). We are not ADA accessible, however. We unfortunately do not have sign language interpretation for this class. If accommodations are needed or other questions come up, please reach out to Mihee. We will host a max of 15 students, many who will not know each other.
